Return Process

  Log into your Zeus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and including the packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
